Hard firm leather insoles - if you plan on adding a soft padded inner or thick socks I would be inclined to size up by 1 size but everyone’s foot shape if different.

Have plenty of use left in them - they’ve been cleaned and oiled to make more supple- dubbin etc can be added to further waterproof
