Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for:

  • Packages delayed by the carrier

  • Packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll assist you with a resolution.


Incorrect Address
